I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker working with adults, adolescents, and children to address depression, anxiety, postpartum and perinatal mood disorders, as well as other mental health needs through counseling in Columbia, Mo. I hope to support my clients toward their goals by using evidence based treatment as well as compassion, listening, and even a little humor. My own life experiences have led me to develop a passion for postpartum/perinatal mental health as well as working with parents and children and the transitions that come with family life. I believe therapy should be a comfortable place to share openly without fear of judgement or criticism. In working with children and teenagers, I strive to make a fun, comfortable place for kids to be themselves and learn new strategies.
